Iron Sticks can't hold on

Matexipar 3, Mechen 3: Matexipar held a 3-1 lead with 15:41 to go in the third period, but Matexipar's defense yielded 20 shots and Heiko Moordfors couldn't stop all of them. Mechen looked dead in the water until that point, when they picked up the pace, hustled and outplayed Matexipar.
